Dr. David and Kimberly run a very efficient ship. My family felt the love soon as we crossed the threshold. Being a part of the Maxliving family for two years and having to switch to a new office due to a move from the Lord. We couldn't have ended up at a better office in this new season of our life. Been under care at Erb Family Wellness for about 2 months. I've been a high competitive athlete most of my life - played fast pitch softball for 9 years and olympic weightlifting competitively with USAW for almost 3 years. AKA lots of stress on my body. However, I do take care of myself so the routine of exercise, recovery, chiropractic, mobility, soft tissue - rinsing and repeating. Unfortunately - I still had hip/glute pain that NO doctor or coach was able to find this issue for. Until EFW..I had gone to my old chiropractor for a while because I was actively competing in olympic weightlifting and legitimately needed adjustments frequently - however.. I've never had a chiropractor actually take X-rays of me.. Which is pretty alarming considering I had a complete reversal of my cervical, a curve in my thoracic, and basically my lower lumbar was completely straight.. I had no idea.After ONE MONTH of consistent adjustments AND sticking to my prescribed corrective routine/doing my home exercises, MY BACK IS HEALED! I have gone to Dr. Allie and Dr. Shannon the most for corrective adjustments! I have not been pain free in my back in YEARS. This is huuuuuge for me and I've actually started olympic WL movements again! Living pain free as an athlete is huge - so athletes.. You need Erb Family Wellness!
